Verdict
A light, fresh drinking style that reflects the Granite Belt's cooler-climate character. It has the structure to hold a few years, but it's an easy reach now. If you're at the Ridgemill Estate cellar door, ask whether there's any 2023 still on the shelf. It's a few years on now, so it may have sold through.
